Conditions governing the provision of professional support and communication services on our digital platform.

1. Purpose and acceptance of the terms

These terms regulate access to and use of the SoportePro platform, owned by Manila Call Centers, dedicated to intermediation and provision of customer service, professional communication, and modern outsourcing services.

By using our services, the client fully accepts the conditions described herein. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the platform.

2. Services offered

The platform allows companies and professionals to contract technical support, multichannel customer service, communication management, and outsourcing consulting services. Each service is detailed in the services section of the website.

  • Phone and chat support in multiple languages.
  • Management of technical and administrative incidents.
  • Consulting in intercultural communication and remote teams.
  • Implementation of chatbots and automation tools.
3. Client responsibilities

The client agrees to provide truthful and up-to-date information for the proper provision of the service. They are responsible for the confidentiality of their access credentials.

It is not permitted to use the platform for illegal, fraudulent purposes, or that violate the rights of third parties. Non-compliance may lead to immediate suspension of the service.

4. Responsibility of Manila Call Centers

Manila Call Centers undertakes to provide the services with the required diligence and professionalism, using appropriate technical and human resources. However, it is not responsible for:

  • Service interruptions due to force majeure or scheduled maintenance.
  • Damages arising from improper use of the platform by the client.
  • Data loss if the client does not make backup copies as recommended.

The total liability of the company shall in no case exceed the amount paid by the client in the last six months.

5. Intellectual property

All content, design, logos, and software of the platform are the property of Manila Call Centers or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution, or modification without express authorization is prohibited.

The client retains ownership of the data they enter into the platform, granting Manila Call Centers a limited license for its processing during the term of the service.

6. Data protection and privacy

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our privacy policy, available at policy.html. Data is used exclusively for the provision of the service and is not shared with third parties without consent.

The client may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition by contacting info@manilacallcenters.com.

7. Duration and termination

The service is contracted for monthly or annual periods, as agreed in the selected plan. Either party may terminate the contract with 30 days' notice.

Manila Call Centers may terminate the service immediately if the client breaches these terms or engages in activities that affect the security or reputation of the platform.

8. Limitation of warranties

The platform is provided "as is," without express or implied warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Reasonable efforts are made to maintain availability, but 100% uptime is not guaranteed.

No warranties are offered regarding specific results in end-customer satisfaction or reduction of operational costs.

9. Modifications to the terms

Manila Call Centers reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be notified through the platform or by email at least 15 days in advance.

Continued use of the service after notification implies acceptance of the new conditions.

10. Applicable law and contact

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Madrid.
